Question 3. Has anyone else experienced this stress challenge that I am dealing with now? Once you ask yourself this question, your frame of reference can alter further as you realize that you are not alone. Often many others also experience this stress and pressure in handling similar situations. You can learn so much from such other people. Find those who have already dealt with the challenges you are now facing and causing you stress. Ask these people how they dealt with the situation. What really worked for them and what was not effective. Rather than attempting to deal with this all alone, aim to find those people who have experienced similar circumstances and learn from them.

Question 4. How will I be empowered after dealing with and handling this stressful experience? Even when the circumstances and situation turns out different to what you hoped for, you have faced it. Finding ways to deal with your stress and the situations that cause you stress is an empowering experience in your life. It also ensures that if you come across a similar stressful situation again you are better able to handle it.
